Qualifications
5+ years experience with a major public accounting firm or a similar corporate environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and completeness.
Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
Prepare consolidated financial statements and internal management reports.
Draft regulatory filings with the SEC, such as Forms 10-Q, 10-K.
Liaise with independent auditors to support audit requests.
