Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage financial data and documentation in response to state regulatory examinations and filings, including but not limited to Mortgage Bankers Financial Reporting Form (MBFRF) and Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS), within the mortgage servicing industry.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial and servicing-related data submitted to regulators and support the company’s compliance with all state requirements.
• Work closely with the Legal and Finance teams, manage the regulatory response pipeline, and maintain a deep understanding of Fay’s financial reporting systems and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certification, such as CPA or CFA is preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting or analysis, preferably in the mortgage servicing or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of state regulatory requirements and financial compliance
• Experience with MBFRF, NMLS, or similar regulatory frameworks
• Experience in Planful or similar Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Reporting software, preferred
• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Compensation

• The hiring range for this position is between $90,000.00-$95,000.00 annually
• This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
