Job summary

Team Air Distributing LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. This on-site role partners with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, develop reporting, and deliver actionable insights from dashboards and ad hoc analyses.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, 3+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required; related certifications a plus.
• Minimum of three (3) years related work experience (Required) in an FP&A Analyst role to include P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial analytics to identify key drivers of financial performance.
• Strong foundation in Microsoft Excel with strong aptitude for learning financial systems and reporting platforms (e.g., PowerBI, CSD)
• Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and analytically about the broader financial implications of business decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of annual budgets and forecasts
• Prepare and support monthly financial reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Support implementation and enhancement of financial systems, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Track and report on KPIs and key business drivers, perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in reporting, data accuracy, and forecasting processes.
• Support the FP&A team with special projects, ad hoc analyses, and other initiatives as needed.
