Job summary

Riverside Health Care Facilities Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Lead Analyst to provide senior financial support to the Director, Financial and Statistical Services and the Finance department.

You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial reporting across multiple programs and sites. Requirements include a finance credential, at least five years of progressive finance experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-year Finance Diploma/Degree from a recognized College/University or CPA program underway.
• Minimum of 5 years related and progressive finance experience in analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or financial planning.
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and planning would be an asset.
• Experience in health care, public sector, or not-for-profit organizations would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, recommendations, and decision support to the Director, Financial and Statistical Services.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor operating and capital budgets.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and briefing materials for leadership, Board, committee, Ministry, and funding reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to improve financial visibility.
• Support continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
