The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and adept at navigating complex financial decisions with strong communication and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of financial planning or related experience.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
• CFP designation preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience within the financial services and insurance industry preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and financial planning software (Salesforce, eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and lead client meetings
• Gather, organize, and analyze client financial information
• Develop customized financial plans, insurance illustrations, and financial scenarios
• Communicate investment recommendations in collaboration with advisory teams
• Track planning milestones and follow up on action items
• Deliver proactive client service and ongoing relationship management
• Manage client onboarding and support ongoing service needs
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and financial planning systems
• Respond to client inquiries and provide trusted financial guidance
• Cultivate client relationships through thoughtful engagement and referral development
