Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in financial planning.
• Licenses: Series 7 and 66 required.
• CFP or CPA designation preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with insurance and financial services industry.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and financial planning software (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro).

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and lead client meetings.
• Collect and organize client data for financial plans.
• Construct insurance illustrations and financial scenarios.
• Communicate investment recommendations with the advisory team.
• Track planning milestones and follow up on actions.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service to retain clients.
• Maintain data in CRM and planning software.
• Create client touches to cultivate referrals.
• Manage onboarding and ongoing client service processes.
• Resolve client inquiries and provide trusted support.
