You will assist the Senior Manager and leadership with center-level reporting and educational materials, contributing to organization-wide financial planning.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of healthcare finance experience; value-based care or Medicare Advantage experience a plus
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting, including experience with budget development, profitability drivers, and variance analyses
• Experience with budgeting and profitability drivers and variance analyses

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial performance analysis and reporting for designated regions.
• Support center-level financial reporting and projections.
• Develop educational materials and training for field leaders on drivers of financial performance.
• Assist in ad hoc KPI or financial reporting materials for leadership meetings and program evaluations.
