You will provide essential administrative support to a financial advisor or a group of advisors, ensuring exceptional client service, accurate records, and efficient office operations. This role offers comprehensive training and a broad support network, with opportunities to contribute to branch planning and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related financial services, banking, or legal experience plus demonstrated progression and responsibility.
• Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions and maintain strong client relationships.
• Account opening, transfers, and handling requests with the financial advisor, plus documentation and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service to clients to ensure they feel understood and informed.
• Support accounts and client communications to facilitate a positive client experience.
• Assist in annual business planning and support marketing initiatives.
• Drive branch-related activities and events in collaboration with team members.
