Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Financial Navigating Senior Specialist for an on-site role at Ardent - UT Health Jacksonville in Jacksonville, TX. The position provides personalized guidance to patients throughout their financial journey, including benefits review, cost estimates, and payment plan facilitation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in revenue cycle and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple areas of the revenue cycle is preferred.
• Prior Patient Access or physician-based experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review benefits, estimating out-of-pocket costs, facilitating payment arrangements, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Calculates patient liability estimates and collect payments at point of service.
• Addresses billing and coverage inquiries and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Provides education and problem resolution to enhance patient experience and financial performance.
• Monitors trends, prepare operational reports, and support process improvement initiatives to reduce financial barriers and improve satisfaction.
• Accountable for meeting productivity and department KPIs.
• Be knowledgeable of all client specific payment models.
• Escalate any financial process gaps identified.
