Qualifications

• U.S. citizen required.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• 10+ years of federal financial management, budgeting, and appropriations.
• Familiarity with Oracle, TOPS, and CLM.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) and MS Project.

• Assist in developing requirements documents, cost estimates, and financial data analysis for various projects.
• Support financial audits, reviews, and assessments.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation for financial reporting.
