Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, criminal justice, intelligence studies, or related field.
• Ten years of full-time professional experience in financial analysis, criminal intelligence analysis, or related analytical work.
• Seven years in senior or lead analytical roles directing analytical work and developing methodologies.
• Five years of supervisory or managerial experience overseeing analytical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced managerial work supporting complex investigations and law enforcement operations.
• Directs analytical activities, sets priorities, and ensures resources align with priorities.
• Oversees staff, mentors analysts, and ensures quality of analytical products.
• Advises executive leadership on capabilities, staffing, trends, and emerging threats.
