Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytically driven Senior Financial Data Analyst to join our healthcare finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining financial dashboards, building financial models and forecasts, and delivering the financial reporting and planning frameworks that guide strategic decisions across the organization. You will serve as a key analytics partner to provider operations, helping the accounting/provider compensation team as well as service lines and care delivery teams understand their financial performance and plan for sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in financial reporting, FP&A, and reporting dashboard tools within a provider healthcare setting — with a strong understanding of the financial dynamics unique to physician practice economics and medical network operations. They communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
