AML RightSource is seeking a Senior Financial Crimes Investigator to detect suspicious activity, uphold regulatory compliance, and lead investigations with potential junior analyst supervision.
You will work remotely from your home office, perform KYC reviews, develop SARs, and collaborate with clients to manage AML risk in a fast-paced environment. Core hours after training are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time.
As a Senior Financial Crimes Investigator, you will leverage your expertise to detect suspicious financial activity, ensure regulatory compliance, and perform quality control. You will lead investigations, with the possibility of supervising junior analysts, and collaborate with clients to manage financial crime risks. This position offers independence and decision-making authority in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This is a work-from-home position. Employees are expected to work from their designated home address. To protect client and company information, work must be performed from the employee’s designated home workspace and not from temporary, shared, or alternate locations.
Company-Provided Training (First Three Weeks): Virtual participation from home, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST. Full attendance and active engagement are required throughout this period.
Core Hours (After Training): Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time (subject to operational needs).
Salary Range: $43,888 - $69,000 annually (based on experience)
