Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience as a Financial Controller with staff leadership.
• 10+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (GAAP).
• CPA or CMA certification required.
• 2+ years construction job cost accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, Job Cost Accounting.
• Supervise staff involved in accounting activities.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Provide financial analysis to the executive team.
