Job summary

RTI Consulting, LLC is seeking a principal expert to deliver strategic cost analysis and affordability assessments for high-value defense programs. You will build advanced financial models to ensure lifecycle affordability and support decision-makers at the senior government level.

Responsibilities include coordinating with program managers, providing inputs for DCGS-related briefings, and shaping budget execution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with DoD or government budgetary or finance processes.
• Demonstrated ability to justify/defend programs and budgets.
• Experience with cost, schedule and performance trade space.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic-level cost analysis and affordability assessments for high-value investments.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and data-driven analyses for lifecycle affordability.
• Support government program managers with cost-related inputs for DCGS initiatives.
• Prepare inputs for programmatic documents, funding actions and briefings.
