Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data and developing clear reports for stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate key findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare recurring financial and operational reports.
• Analyze financial and business data and translate findings into clear reports and written analysis.
• Compile weekly, monthly, and month-end reporting packages.
• Track and report on utilization, KPIs, and business unit performance.
• Support the development and testing of financial dashboards and new reporting tools.
• Partner with Financial Analytics, Business Analytics, and Practice Management teams.
• Handle ad hoc reporting, data requests, and analytical projects.
• Serve as a resource to internal stakeholders and other financial analysts.
