The role is an opportunity to lead key workstreams and controllership processes as the US Non-Sort Leader for US Hardlines Finance. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to perform analysis, create metrics, and develop forecasts/insights that drive strategic business decisions for senior stakeholders. While this role is within the Hardlines org, the frameworks created will deliver impact across US stores translating into a high visibility and high impact position. The successful candidate in this role will have a self-starter and builder mindset, passion for diving deep into data and strong ability to influence without authority.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
