CVS Health is seeking a Finance Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in a full-time capacity. The role involves performing detailed financial analyses, building models, and driving efficiency improvements across financial processes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in financial analysis, a bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, and familiarity with SAP, Anaplan and Workday. A strong track record in problem solving and decision making is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferred in Finance, Data Analytics, Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years of work experience in financial analysis or related area.
• Proficient problem solving and decision making skills.
• Experience with S4/SAP, Anaplan and Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-term plans.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis including variance, trend, and profitability analyses.
• Support forecasting by building models and evaluating scenarios.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement ideas.
• Develop complex financial models for strategic decisions and planning.
• Improve forecasting methodologies and data collection processes.
• Streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to team process improvements and mentor junior staff.
