Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of financial analyst experience, preferably in consumer products or manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills, ability to communicate analysis to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in forecasting, P&L, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Retail Sales with financial planning, discounts, and sales reporting.
• Maintain control over PCR and other program changes.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on allocation methodologies.
• Analyze variances, prepare monthly management presentations.
• Provide actionable insights to assess risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare and present financial results using PowerPoint.
