BJC HealthCare is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to perform advanced financial analysis and forecasting focused on labor and performance between Progress West and St. Peters. The role supports clinical service line analysis and strategic financial planning.

Remote work is available with a schedule Monday through Friday. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Business, 2-5 years of experience, CPA certification, and a Master's degree is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business/related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis.
• CPA license or eligibility; preferred.
• Experience with clinical service line analysis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide complex financial analysis, reporting and forecasting for labor and performance across hospitals.
• Perform variance analysis of budget vs. actual results and explain material variances.
• Support operating and capital budgets and related forecasting processes.
• Conduct research for external business intelligence and maintain decision-support databases.
• Produce proformas, trends, and financial metric monitoring for leadership.
