Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Principal Financial Analyst for the Qatar Early Warning Radar program. This role blends FP&A, EVMS, and cost control within an international program. Hybrid work in the United States is supported while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• U.S. citizenship is required

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of monthly earned value management cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders and stakeholders
• Be a trusted business partner with all internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence in financial execution
• Brief senior program and functional leaders on program execution status displaying exceptional financial and business acumen
• Analyze key financial data that will enable sound program decision making; this includes earned value cost and schedule metrics, estimates at complete (EACs), program investments, and manpower planning
• Manage and maintain program baselines and ensure accuracy and timeliness of program cost charging aligned to business directives and policies
• Drive efficiencies, agility, and speed into financial processes utilizing the most up to date digital technology tools, training, and resources.
• Understand and execute within the guidelines of company and business policies and procedures and ethical standards
• Monitor and update the forecast while driving Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) reporting on a monthly basis
