Culmen International, LLC is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support NGA's Research Directorate on-site in Springfield, VA. The role focuses on budgeting, RDT&E and O&M funding, and financial execution for research programs.

Responsibilities include applying FMR, FAR, and NGA policies; creating MIPRs/AF-9s and related documentation; and coordinating with government staff and external agencies to ensure timely obligation of funds.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Willingness to sit for CI Poly.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years work experience in financial management for DoD/IC programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage RDT&E and O&M funding for NGA Research.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DoD policy and NGA procedures.
• Prepare MIPRs and AF-9s for funding execution.
• Develop DF, IGCEs, and SOWs/SOOs/PWSs as needed.
• Coordinate with external agencies on funding timelines and approvals.
