Uline is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to oversee IT financial performance, manage budgets, and deliver actionable insights that inform leadership decisions across a multi‑million dollar IT portfolio. Based at Uline's Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, this on-site role partners with IT and cross-functional teams to forecast results and guide technology investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 3+ years of FP&A or analytics accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SQL, Claude, and Power BI preferred.
• Strong analytical, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with IT, internal teams, and executives.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Excellent analytical, time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with IT employees, other internal teams, and executives.
