Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant financial analysis, accounting, or auditing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; hands-on with MicroStrategy, WebFOCUS, or ERP/BI platforms.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with rigorous attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across executive management and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial datasets to identify trends, variances, and billing discrepancies.
• Perform routine and ad-hoc account reconciliations and detailed internal financial audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and negotiate with external partners to resolve billing disputes.
• Develop, maintain, and present financial reports and dashboards to management to guide strategic planning.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across all reporting systems.
