Job summary

Mobile Medical Response (MMR) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to perform a broad range of accounting duties, including preparing financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries and audit support.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, at least 3 years of experience, and strong Excel/Crystal Reports skills, with an emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and teamwork in a healthcare services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of GAAP and related laws and regulations.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare supporting documentation for external auditors.
• Work with Finance Department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll backup and daily bank deposits.
• Support audit processes and budget-related projects.
