Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related finance functions; experience supporting a commercial sales organization is a plus.
Demonstrated track record of delivering insights, reporting, and business recommendations that influence management decision-making.
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to approach challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze assigned projects for the US Neuromodulation Commercial Finance team.
Assist with pricing analysis, gross margin/COGS analysis, and long-range planning analysis.
Support profitability reviews and journal entries; allocate resources and headcount planning.
Collaborate with Area VPs and Regional Sales Directors to provide analysis and support.
