Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across the corporate function. You will partner with the Director of FP&A and senior leaders to build insights, support planning, and strengthen close processes.

This role offers remote eligibility across multiple states, a strong benefits package, and opportunities to influence strategic decisions in a growing healthcare group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Experience with GL & HRIS systems including Sage Intacct and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and post-acquisition budgets and forecasts.
• Participate in monthly variance analysis and month-end close processes.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and quarterly Board presentations.
• Prepare lender presentations and compliance certificates.
• Build 3-statement financial models to assess company-wide performance.
• Monitor liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and capital requirements.
• Prepare internal and external reporting and analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
