Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; CPA preferred.
• Minimum three years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
• Solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements and improves FP&A processes and policies.
• Forecasts, analyzes budgets, and provides recommendations to meet objectives.
• Prepare analytical reports for sales, operations and leadership teams.
• Develop financial models to support P&L forecasting and capital decisions.
• Interface with finance, accounting, IT and business leaders for data gathering.
• Support budgeting cycles and monthly close activities.
