Job summary

Designs for Health is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A to conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting, partner with IT data teams, and build dashboards to track KPIs at multiple levels. The role emphasizes data quality, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI studies to drive profitability and cost optimization.

The candidate will leverage advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA, Power Pivot) and Power BI skills, with 5+ years in finance, preferably FP&A or revenue analytics, and a BS in Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, ideally in revenue analysis, expense management or FP&A.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience with Power BI or other data visualization software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of financial results and operational expenses, offering insights to support executive decision-making.
• Serve as primary finance liaison to the IT data infrastructure team to ensure data completeness, accuracy, consistency and timely reporting; recommend corrective actions for data gaps, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
• Develop actionable dashboards that measure progress against company objectives.
• Build, maintain, monitor and interpret KPIs related to company performance including profitability and trends at the channel/category/SKU level.
• Support ROI analysis for major initiatives through proper data tagging, allocation and aggregation.
• Collaborate with channel and departmental leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, revenue quality improvement and cost-optimization strategies.
• Lead projects aimed at enhancing productivity and cost-effectiveness across various channels and departments.
• Leverage data and automation tools to support the company’s rebate program and commission programs, as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience with Power BI or other data visualization software.
• Strong Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA, Power Pivot) for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with relevant financial software or systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Physical Demands
