Job summary

Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our Finance & Accounting team in a hybrid role. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, partnering with Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to improve forecasting accuracy and profitability.

You will support monthly reporting, KPI analysis, and strategic decision-making, while analyzing revenue, margins, costs, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and data tools.
• Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments; Power BI and Aspen Canopy familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models to evaluate key business drivers.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A, you'll support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and financial models that evaluate key business drivers. You'll analyze forecast-to-actual performance and prepare monthly financial reporting packages, management presentations, KPI reporting, and clear explanations of financial results, trends, risks, and opportunities.

You'll also analyze revenue, gross margins, operating costs, customer and product profitability, labor efficiency, yield, waste, inventory, freight, and manufacturing costs. Working across Finance and Operations, you'll support pricing decisions, cost-saving initiatives, capital investments, capacity planning, and other operational projects. You'll also help improve and automate recurring reporting, forecasting, and analytics processes.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-6+ years of experience in financial analysis and manufacturing, operations, or supply chain finance
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with ERP systems and data tools
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across multiple departments
• Power BI experience and Aspen Canopy familiarity are a plus!
