The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for tracking the organization's financial performance and offering financial guidance to Scientific Affairs business partners. Additionally, they will ensure that financial commitments are met by advising Scientific Affairs teams in budget management and resource allocation while proactively identifying opportunities to optimize expenditures and investments. This role requires completing financial forecasts, reporting, and analysis of complex financial data that will help influence decisions and set strategy.
A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance. The candidate must have strong analytical skills (particularly in MS Excel), alongside excellent conceptual, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Effective communication, framing presentation skills along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills are required. The individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to effectively take on leadership roles and partner with associates at all levels of an organization.
Certifications: CPA, CMA, or other Advanced degree Experience using data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, etc. and data analysis tools such as SAP, Anaplan, etc.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $79,000.00 - $127,650.00
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long‑term incentive program.
