Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or related analytical field.
• Experience with advanced SQL for data mining and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial planning cycles including forecast modeling and leadership presentations.
• Analyze large-scale data to build reports driving defect cost reduction strategy.
• Validate project financials and track ROI against budgets.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align cost strategy and communicate insights.
• Build and automate scalable finance processes for defect costs.
