Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Excellence (DePuy Synthes) to drive pricing strategies and financial analyses across multiple West Chester, PA; Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Warsaw, IN locations. Up to 10% travel may be required as part of the role.

You will partner with regional teams to shape pricing, evaluate proposals, and measure performance against strategic CE priorities, influencing decisions at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• MBA or professional certification (CMA/CPA) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Experience with healthcare finance, public accounting, or manufacturing preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.

Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Excellence (DePuy Synthes) — locations: West Chester, PA; Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Warsaw, IN. May require up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with CE regional teams to influence customer-level pricing strategies and proposals; build financial analysis and share insights focused on profitable growth.
• Influence pricing matrices and strategies to ensure effective execution of the brand value proposition through partnership with Contracting Strategy, Pricing, Brand Marketing, and Contract Execution.
• Measure success of CE’s core strategic priorities (e.g., sales growth in covered accounts, ASCs, targeted accounts).
• Attend Customer Pricing Committee (CPC) meetings to gain senior leadership insights into DPS and MedTech strategic direction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred).
• Minimum 3 years Finance, Accounting, Leadership, or related business experience.
• Professional certification (CMA/CPA) and/or MBA preferred.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Healthcare industry, public accounting, corporate finance, and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel required.
• Ability to challenge business partners and propose alternative solutions required.
