Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of quantitative role experience
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience

Responsibilities

• Own service-level P&L reporting and consolidated financial views across a portfolio of AWS services, including variance analysis and executive-ready commentary for planning reviews
• Build complex financial models, analytical tools, and forecasts to measure performance against goals
• Collaborate with finance and business leaders to provide analytical support for strategic decisions and drive alignment across teams
• Improve P&L performance through deep analysis of revenue trends, usage patterns, cost drivers, and operational efficiencies; support ad-hoc strategic projects and evaluate new business ideas
• Write and present narratives for senior leadership that clearly communicate performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and standardization, to increase reporting reliability and efficiency
