Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or financial modeling.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to develop executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis.
• Lead development of presentations to communicate analysis results to senior audiences, clearly articulate outcomes to leadership teams.
• Accurately analyze and explain key cost drivers and monthly variances, suggest actions to the business, and help manage the regular reporting process.
• Proactively identify and lead new analysis that drives additional insights into business performance and opportunities.
• Partner with finance leaders and their teams, as well as other internal stakeholders.
• Identify and drive process improvements to generate efficiencies in a well-managed way.
• React to ad-hoc requests and special projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
