Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• CPA certification or other recognized qualification preferred.
• 8+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably global.
• 5+ years revenue recognition experience.
• 8+ years of experience with ERP systems.
• 3+ years working with a CRM system (NetSuite preferred).
• Experience with financial models and modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
• Review and interpret financial statements for leadership.
• Lead the annual budget process.
• Prepare periodic forecasts and variance analysis.
• Summarize recommendations for financial and operating plans.
• Provide financial analysis for business decisions.
• Perform technical analysis to project future performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Coordinate schedules for internal audits.
• Analyze data and suggest process improvements.
