Amazon Private Brands (APB) is Amazon's portfolio of owned and exclusive brands — spanning everyday essentials, consumables, and hardlines — developed and sold directly on Amazon. APB Finance is a high-visibility, fast-paced team operating at the intersection of retail economics, pricing science, and strategic planning for a multi-billion dollar global business.
As a Senior Financial Analyst on the APB Finance team, you will own two of the team's most consequential operating mechanisms: OpEx planning and controllership for the APB org, and the Goals mechanism — APB's primary framework for translating business strategy into measurable, tracked outcomes. You will be a single-threaded owner across your workstreams — expected to identify gaps, build the infrastructure to close them, and continuously raise the bar on how the team operates.
