Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
  • Experience in mid-sized orgs, project-based business, professional services, or PE-backed company preferred.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive leadership and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools. Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across finance and operational teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This individual will play a key role in providing actionable insights through financial analysis and reporting while partnering closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
