Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to be located in Raritan, NJ. This is a hybrid role and will require you to be in the office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

Analyze Consolidated Global Technology Service Finance results for expense and headcount, including supporting financial forecast and close processes.
Interpret and translate complex data into value-added insights for Senior Finance and Business Leadership reviews and presentations, including preparing visual presentations for leadership to better understand where strategic decisions should be evaluated.
Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships (IT, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, 3rd party suppliers) to lead data analytics and support ad-hoc requests as needed.
Develop pricing & billing models and support global billing communication efforts
Ensure all compliance activities and principles (GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley) are adhered to for all aspects of the job responsibilities.
Examine existing financial processes and concepts to identify areas for operational improvement and/or to reduce complexity across segments.
This position is based in Raritan, NJ and may require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.

Qualifications

Required:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
A minimum of 3 years of finance or related business experience is required.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint).
Ability to analyze large data-sets and clearly communicate complex business information.
Experience with financial reporting (forecast, actuals, etc.) and analyses, including making recommendations on how the organization can improve performance based on financial data.
Must have ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role is located in Raritan, NJ and may require up to 10% domestic travel.

Preferred

MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent is preferred.
Experience with reporting tools such as SAP and TM1 is preferred.
Experience with data analytics software using Alteryx, Tableau, other software (Apptio, Digital Fuel systems), and visualization tools is preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79,000.00 - $127,650.00
