Job summary

Advanced Integration Technology is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Plano, TX to lead forecasting, budgeting and operating plans. You will model financial scenarios, prepare reports, and support board-ready presentations for senior management.

You will partner with operations and engineering to deliver timely insights, dashboards, and variance analyses in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role requires 3+ years FP&A experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar field.
  • 3+ years of FP&A experience.
  • Project-based and manufacturing accounting experience.
  • CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze trends in key performance indicators.
  • Develop budgeting, forecasting, and operating plans.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports.
  • Create dashboards using business intelligence tools.
  • Support senior management with board presentations.
  • Provide financial insights for strategic opportunities.

Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will be heavily involved in the Company’s financial forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. They will provide strategic support to senior management including helping with board presentations, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities and other projects as requested by senior management.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
  • Develop and maintain budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools
  • Quarterly and monthly financial reports
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Work with a business intelligence tool to create dashboard reports
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial information to management for decision making purposes
  • Supporting senior management team with in-depth analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations to Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education And Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar field.
  • Three or more years of FP&A experience.
  • Project based accounting and manufacturing accounting experience required
  • Certified Public Accountant or MBA preferred
