Job summary

Spectrum Search Group in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join our finance team on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office per week). The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and in-depth financial analysis to drive strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, 3–4+ years of FP&A experience, and strong Excel and SQL skills. Priority will be given to those with prior Senior-level exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3-4+ years of FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel and SQL preferred.
• At least 1 year of Senior-level experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involved in FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and analysis.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, KPI's, metrics, costing, and special projects.
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Operational leaders throughout the company.

• Analyze revenue and expenses, KPI's, metrics, costing, and special projects
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Operational leaders throughout the company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• 3-4+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel skill set and SQL experience are preferred
• They prefer someone who has spent at least a year as a Senior

Depending on skill set and experience, the role will pay $100k - $110k + bonus.
