Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst to join a leading construction and engineering company in California. This direct hire role is fully onsite in Pasadena, offering a hands-on opportunity to drive budgets, forecasts, and strategic analysis across multiple projects.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant finance experience with strong budgeting and forecasting skills. Big 4 experience is preferred, and the successful candidate will support board materials, financial modeling, and M&A

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Big 4 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Prepare recurring financial reports and assist in developing materials for senior management and board presentations.
• Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and support for capital investment evaluations.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Support financial oversight of projects through tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Contribute to M&A activities, including financial modeling, due diligence support, and integration analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Partner with internal teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
• Assist with internal audit requests and other special projects as needed.
