Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Finance or equivalent accounting/finance degree.
• 5+ years of experience in an Accounting/Financial control role.
• Experience with IFRS or US GAAP is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs for joint ventures (JVs).
• Assist in quarterly investor reporting packs for JVs.
• Compute and manage commercial fee calculations for JVs.

• Assist in setting up new JVs and adding entities to existing JVs.
• Support Treasury with finalizing bank reporting.

Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst, Reporting – Hyperscale, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end reporting activities across several joint ventures (JVs). The role focuses on internal deliverables as well as reporting to JV partners and reports to the Hyperscale Reporting Manager. The role requires a positive, proactive attitude and a readiness to grow with the hyperscale strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the timely preparation of monthly management reporting packs for a set of JVs
• Assist in preparation of quarterly investor reporting packs across a set of JVs
• Manage commercial fee calculation for a set of JVs
• Assist the team with month‑end accounting activities as needed
• Assist in setting up new JVs and new entity additions to existing JVs
• Provide assistance to the Treasury team on finalizing bank reporting
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Treasury, Finance Operations and FP&A departments
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, new processes and systems to enhance workflow
• Work with an entrepreneurial team spirit

United States – Targeted pay range for this position by location:
San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $89,000 to $142,000 per year
California (Non‑SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $82,000 to $130,000 per year
Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $74,000 to $118,000 per year
