Express Employment Professionals of Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a cooperative finance team in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, corporate finance, treasury, or FP&A to support strategic decision making.

Candidates should demonstrate experience building and interpreting multi-year financial models, and the ability to move beyond historical reporting to evaluate future alternatives.

Competenze

• 7–10 years in financial modeling, forecasting, corporate finance, treasury, or FP&A.
• Experience building, maintaining, and interpreting multi-year financial models.
• Move beyond historical reporting to evaluate future alternatives.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Familiarity with cooperative finance concepts, debt structures, rates, liquidity, equity, and lender metrics is beneficial.
• Experience with CFC Compass/CompassPro is strongly preferred.
• Experience in electric cooperatives, utilities, lenders, FP&A, treasury, or corporate finance is desirable.

Cooperative in the Fort Worth area is adding a Senior Financial Analyst to their team!!

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong background (7-10 years) in in financial modeling, forecasting, corporate finance, treasury, or financial planning and analysis
• Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, and interpreting multi-year financial models is required
• Must be able to move beyond historical reporting and use financial information to evaluate future alternatives
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capability are required - must be able to move beyond historical reporting and use financial information to evaluate future alternatives
• Familiarity with CFC, RUS Form 7, cooperative finance, debt structures, rates, liquidity, equity, and lender metrics is beneficial
• Strong analytical judgment, intellectual curiosity, attention to model integrity, and the ability to explain complex financial relationships in plain language
• Experience with CFC Compass/CompassPro is strongly preferred
• Electric cooperative, utility, lender, FP&A, treasury, corporate finance, or similar capital-intensive industry experience is highly desirable
