Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data analytics professional to join our Finance & Accounting Consulting team in the United States. You will analyze financial execution data, develop forecasts, and support annual and out-year projections to drive informed decision-making.

The role requires 3+ years of data analysis experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain SECRET clearance; onsite five days a week is required. Salary range reflects senior‑level responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD “SECRET” security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
• Bachelor’s degree
• THREE (3) or more years of relevant data analysis or data management experience, consistent with senior‑level technical labor categories
• Relevant experience with financial forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, etc.
• Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week

What You Will Do:

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience supporting DoW, Air Force, USTRANSCOM, or Working Capital Fund organizations.

• Experience supporting budget execution and financial planning activities

• Experience working with large financial and operational datasets

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in complex environments

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities for complex data challenges

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
