Reporting to the Operational Controller, the Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in driving performance across both corporate and divisional operations. This position offers the opportunity to shape key financial processes, influence strategic decision-making, and lead initiatives that optimize ROA, strengthen working capital, elevate performance benchmarking, and enhance forecasting and analysis across the organization.

Known for its strong portfolio of premium brands, the company consistently drives operational excellence, advanced engineering, and customer-focused innovation.

Responsibilities:

Benchmark divisional results using KPIs such as ROA, working capital, inventory turns, DSO, headcount, and bad debt. Analyze forecasts and variances to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
Review financial results for adherence to internal controls and US GAAP.
Work closely with divisional leaders to implement cost‑saving initiatives, support strategic projects, and influence operational decision‑making.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities while helping streamline and align company‑wide close procedures.
Guide to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
Conduct balance sheet reviews, with emphasis on inventory and reserves, and deliver actionable insights.
Prepare internal management reports and tackle ad‑hoc analysis that supports leadership’s priority initiatives.
Assist in developing and implementing corporate financial policies and controls that support scalable growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, accounting, or finance.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal control frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
High integrity, strong credibility, and a collaborative mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, concise recommendations.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
