Job summary

Wescom Central Credit Union seeks an experienced Investment Specialist to meet with members, assess their long-term financial goals, and provide tailored investment guidance. You will train branch staff on referrals and collaborate with management to align investment goals with branch plans.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of investment sales experience, plus FINRA licenses and California life/ disability insurance registrations. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years investment sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• FINRA Series 7, 65 or 66, and California Department of Insurance Life and Disability licenses.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate member needs for investment services and develop financial plans.
• Build long-term relationships with members and provide product recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and California Department of Insurance requirements.
• Coordinate with branch staff and management to support referral and sales goals.
