Role is in-office preferred, base salary $140,000–$160,000 with new business incentives; total compensation around $200,000 depending on performance.

Qualifications

• CFP certification required.
• 5+ years of financial services advisory experience.
• Strong comprehensive financial planning skills.
• Proven success acquiring clients and growing a book of business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and build advisory relationships.
• Develop plans covering investments, retirement, estate planning and tax considerations.
• Implement recommendations and monitor results.
• Attract new clients through networking and referrals.
• Identify needs within relationships and coordinate appropriate recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain CRM records.
