Steller Wealth Planning, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a Financial Advisor in Issaquah, WA. This role offers a base salary of $95,000–$105,000 plus performance bonuses and focuses on transitioning established client relationships over time.

Unlike a pure build-from-scratch position, this role leverages an existing client base and a strong support structure. You will progressively assume primary responsibility for clients while developing leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of client-facing financial services experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial planning, investments, and relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for trusted client relationships.
• Organized, detail-oriented, empathetic, and able to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Transition established client relationships to the incoming advisor over time.
• Lead or participate in client meetings with personalized financial guidance.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients and grow the practice.
• Develop, present, and implement comprehensive financial plans across retirement, investments, and insurance.
• Collaborate with the advisory and operations teams to coordinate planning and execution.
