Job summary

Edelman Financial Engines seeks an experienced Financial Advisor to serve clients with fee-based, fiduciary guidance. You will deliver comprehensive planning, build long-term relationships, and drive organic growth through client retention and referrals.

A base salary with performance-based bonus and strong earning potential awaits the right candidate. A Series 65 and active life/health licenses are required or must be obtained shortly after joining.

Qualifications

• Direct client-facing experience in a fee-based wealth management or planning role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver comprehensive financial planning and generate organic growth through client retention, referrals, and relationship development.
• Active Series 65.
• Active Health and Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within first 3 months.
• Clean U-4 on file.

Responsibilities

• Serve the client's best interests with outstanding financial advice and guidance.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients who have engaged with the firm.
• Evaluate client situations and analyze their needs to develop recommendations.
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning across all areas of a client's financial life.
